Fishing Boat Game Lifted With Yellowfin’s 2024 Extended Cab Range

YF70 Extended Cabin

The YF70 Extended Cab boat floating on calm waters with 4 people on board.

Launched at the 2024 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, the YF70 Extended Cab is the new top-ranked 7000 Southerner. While keeping the same 6.0mm-thick plate alloy bottom and transom, this model brings the trailing edge of the cabin well past the helm seats, and has increased the area protected by the cabin by 45 per cent. With a much wider dash, two new range-toppers, stainless steel rod holders, a redesigned live bait tank to increase water flow, and a bow-mounted electric trolling motor bracket - the YF70 boasts a number of worthwhile improvements to its predecessor. Optional suspension seats are also a massive drawcard for boating enthusiasts and professionals, allowing adjustments for torsion, making it much more comfortable for offshore and home fishing. The YF70 model is now on sale from any of Yellowfin’s 16 dealers across Australia.

Also launched at the 2024 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, the YF76 Extended Cab is the new top-ranked 7600 Southerner. Also with a 6.00mm-thick plate alloy bottom and transom, this model has the same standard palette of colours as its predecessor including Quantum White, Abyss Black and Vortex Grey, but adds a new one called Deep Ocean Blue. Similarly to the YF70, the YF76 boasts access to a Fishing Edition package that adds an enhanced bait station involving a deck wash, roller door on the cabin, suspension seats behind the console, an Icy Tek ice box, underwater lights, and side coaming cushions. The YF76 model is now on sale from any of Yellowfin’s 16 dealers across Australia.

Stacer 2024 Models Boast Well-Balanced Ride, High Performing Hulls

With a boat weight of 669 kg, folded side ducks and a low profile sports dash - this new release is a strong contender on the 2024 boating market.

Gather your mates for a fishing trip thanks to three possible seating positions. At a maximum length of 4.88m, and 448 kg, the 169 Outlaw SC is a great size for long or short trips, coupled with a Lowrance Hook Reveal 7 Triple Shot sounder, and an Active Imaging 3 in 1 transducer. Something at the top of most boating enthusiasts’ list is a good amount of storage. The Stacer 469 Outlaw SC has good storage under the front casting platform via two large hatches. Enjoy ample room to stow safety gear and tackle, as well as the battery for the electric motor.

Formosa 2024 X Bowrider and Vision Cab Go Outside the Box

Vision Cab

A Formosa Vision Cab boat on a boat trailer after being manufactured and tested.

Designed to give the whole family an open-plan cabin with plenty of room to move - Formosa’s 2023 Vision Cab model leaves behind the days of being stuck in an uninviting, dark cabin. With a wide hull and a stable, spacious deck out the back - Vision Cab buyers will enjoy a light-filled cabin with longer cushioned bunks and great storage areas. Seating in Formosa’s Vision Vab is comfortable with plenty of room for driver and passenger. Not to mention fantastic anchor access in this model through a large cabin roof hatch. A major drawcard of this model and the key selling point is the unique Vision windows the cabin provides with a 180-degree forward view. The Vision Cab is now available for purchase at Formosa Marine’s dealerships across Australia.

X Bowrider

A Formosa X Bowrider boat cruising across open water on a sunny day.

Known for big, tough and beamy Bowriders - Formosa’s clever internal layout of the X Bowrider 2024 release is genius in making the most of its space. A wide body design has handed a fantastic body design to this model with important tools within easy reach, and a fully functional layout for both water sports and fishing. Notable features of the X Bowrider include seating with a cast deck insert, 4 aluminium rod holders, an underfloor kill tank and a Pro Deck self draining deck. The X Bowrider is capable of fitting up to 7 people and is now available for purchase across Australia.
